Shipping Information
We ship our products across Canada. At the time of ordering, we will provide an estimated ship date, and will let you know if there are any delays, or if the product can ship earlier. Many of our products are built-to-order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the specific product ordered. All shipping costs must be pre-paid in advance. For large items like saunas, we offer:
- Local Delivery on our Truck
- Freight Delivery for larger palletized items
- Residential tailgate services for home delivery
- Install and setup services are available within our delivery range
Delivery
All shipments include tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order ships. We partner with trusted national carriers to ensure safe delivery of your goods. A signature will be requested on delivery for heaters and all freight shipments. The final delivery will be arranged between the carrier and you. Accessorial services such as residential tailgate services must be booked in advance.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive an order confirmation and lead time. Sauna heaters have a typical lead time of 2 weeks, unless in stock. Custom saunas, doors, and other products require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within Canada. Contact us in the future for international deliveries. All Taxes and Duties on international shipments must be paid by the receiver.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at 1-866-662-7249 immediately upon receiving your shipment. Any damage to a freight shipment must be noted with the driver and written on the delivery waybill. Please inspect your shipment before signing, and take pictures of any damage.
