Our glass is 5mm tempered, and comes in clear or bronzed. Obscure options are available, and we work with a custom glass etcher who can put your logo on the glass.
Sauna doors are typically shorter than standard doors in your house. They must be lower to avoid hot air leaking out of the room through the jamb, or when the door is opened. You want to be sitting with your head above the door jamb, in the bubble of hot air at the top. Sauna doors also have wooden handles, as metal knobs would get hot to the touch. The door should always swing outwards for safety reasons, as you should be able to push on the door to exit if needed.
