Heater Guard Kit

All traditional sauna heaters require a non-metallic guard to be placed at a specific distance from the heater. This helps prevent injury from walking into the heater, and lets all users know the minimum clearance. This is an essential safety feature of all sauna rooms.

We can provide heater guards in different styles. 2-sided heater guards are useful when the heater is in the corner, and 3-sided guards are used when it needs protection on 3 sides. We also build a larger heater guard for floor model heaters. Please let us know what brand and size of heater you are using, and we can provide a kit suitable for this.

We use 2x2 and 1x3 construction for wall mounted heater guards, and 2x4 construction for floor heater guards. These are shipped as material kits and intended to be cut and sized on-site. Contact us if you would like yours pre-assembled.
